Technical Support Contracts

If your organization requires on-site visitation frequently or at scheduled intervals, this is the solution for you. Titan Technologies, Corporation offers technical service contracts based on an estimated monthly usage schedule. After every three months, we will reevaluate your usage and will then adjust the number of hours included in your contract. This flexible contract can allow your monthly usage to go up or down after every quarter so you will not pay for hours you do not use. Aside from receiving reactive technical support, our company also provides preventative maintenance visits in which Titan Technologies, Corporation will provide the following on-site maintenance once a month if applicable:

  • Update all Windows workstations to current patches
  • Confirm all workstations have current virus definitions
  • Review virus logs for any anti-virus activities
  • Maintain firewall and review logs for intrusion attempts and high network traffic
  • Maintain disaster recovery and standard operation procedures
  • Provide any support and training to end users on a person to person basis
  • Interface with 3rd party providers to resolve issues with hardware and/or software

 Clients under technical support contracts automatically receive priority trouble ticket resolution - especially useful at critical times when major software flaws, vulnerabilities, and virus attacks threaten many of our clients' systems simultaneously and our on-site technicians are booked for extended periods of time. Loaner equipment, if necessary and available, is another perk for our clients under technical support contracts.
